How does the LullaBag help babies sleep better?
With traditional blankets or comforters, babies can kick off their covers, get cold and wake up crying. The LullaBag keeps baby warm, covered and sleeping through the night. Parents throughout Europe have used baby sleeping bags for years for this very purpose.
At what age should my baby begin to use a LullaBag?
The small LullaBag is designed for babies to start using at one month. For newborns, use the LullaWrap—a unique, flannel swaddling blanket that keeps newborn babies secure, warm and safe. For a complete sleep solution for your baby, the LullaBag Sleep System™ includes the LullaWrap™ (newborns), small LullaBag™ (1-6 months) and large LullaBag™ (6-18 months).
How does the LullaBag help reduce risk factors associated with SIDS?
While experts still do not know what causes SIDS, there are specific recommendations from the Consumer Product Safety Commission to reduce risk factors associated with SIDS. Experts advise parents to not use pillows or loose covers in the crib, to lay the baby on a single, tightly-fitted sheet, and to always place babies to sleep on their backs. Experts from Holland also recommend the use of a baby sleeping bag, like the LullaBag, to ensure that covers cannot rise up around the baby’s face and mouth.
What should my baby wear when sleeping in the LullaBag?
This will depend on the temperature in the baby’s bedroom. Since the LullaBag is designed for warmth, do not overdress your baby—the LullaBag will help baby stay warm. A onesie or lightweight sleeper should be adequate. Put the baby in the LullaBag and then feel her stomach—if she’s too warm, use slightly lighter clothing.
When should my baby move up from the small to the large LullaBag?
The large LullaBag is designed for babies 6-18 months old, but this will depend on the size of your baby. Just make sure that your baby is able to move her legs freely in the LullaBag. When she starts to run out of room in the bottom of the bag, move to the large LullaBag.
How should I wash and care for my LullaBag?
The LullaBag is machine washable. Wash the product in cold water and then line dry or tumble dry low to prevent shrinkage.
How many LullaBags should I buy?
Parents we’ve talked to recommend at least one extra LullaBag for when “mistakes” happen in the middle of the night. If one LullaBag gets dirty, it’s a good idea to have a backup.
Why doesn’t the LullaBag have sleeves? Won’t my baby get cold?
To avoid overheating, experts recommend that the LullaBag not have sleeves. Even with traditional blankets, babies arms are usually outside the covers. The open armholes provide ventilation to keep your baby comfortable while she sleeps.
What other bedding should I use with my LullaBag?
All you need is a fitted sheet over the mattress. The LullaBag lays directly on top of the fitted sheet. If baby is not quite warm enough, simply use slightly warmer sleepwear. Do not use a blanket or quilt in the crib with the LullaBag.

How should my Cloud B Sound products be used?
Attach the unit using the velcro strap to the outside of a crib, stroller or car seat.
*Never place the unit inside the crib with a sleeping child.
How does the sound box function?
The Sleep Sheep, Sleep on the Go, Dozy Dolphin, Gentle Giraffe and Gentle Giraffe on the Go sound box functions as follows:
- Set Timer located below sound buttons on the side of the sound box.
The sound box can be set to play for 23 or 45 minutes. After the designated period of time the sound box will automatically shut off. The longest available timer setting is 45 minutes.
*There is no way to disable the timer.
- Turn the round volume knob on the side of the sound unit clockwise.
You will hear an audible "click". This means the unit’s sound functionality is activated.
- Choose your sound option by pressing one of the four sound function buttons on the side of the unit above the volume knob.
- Gently turn the knob clockwise to increase the volume.
- Gently turn the knob counter clockwise to decrease the volume.
- You can turn off the sound unit manually by turning the volume knob counter clockwise until you hear the "click" again. At that point, the unit is off.
The Mimicking Monkey Recordable Sound Box functions as follows:
Choose your sound options:
By sliding the black toggle switch underneath the play, relax and sleep buttons to either w/o voice (with out voice) or w/ voice (with voice) you can choose if you want to play a recorded message to your infant while they sleep.
If the w/ voice (with voice) function is desired, please record your voice as follows:
- Slide the black toggle switch to w/ voice.
- Hold the sound box close.
- Press and hold the "rec" button. You will hear a "beep".
- Speak your message clearly.
* You have 10 seconds of voice recording time and can only record one ten second segment at any time.
- Release the "rec" button. You will hear a double "beep" after the recording is finished.
- Press 1 of the 3 play, relax or sleep buttons on the side of the sound box.
- Set your desired volume by gently pressing the "+" or "-" buttons on the side of the sound box.
Your message will automatically play every 15 seconds over the three sounds.
The sound box will automatically shut off after 30 minutes.
If you would like to manually shut off the sound box, please move the black toggle switch to the neutral position.
If the w/o voice (without voice) function is desired, please use the sound box as follows:
- Slide the black toggle switch to w/o voice.
- Press 1 of the 3 play, relax or sleep buttons on the side of the sound box.
- Set your desired volume by gently pressing the "+" or "-" buttons on the side of the sound box.
The sound box will automatically shut off after 30 minutes.
If you would like to manually shut off the sound box, please move the black switch to the neutral position.
My sound box is making a "crackling" or "static" sound when activated, what to do?
Change the batteries. Weak batteries may cause the sound to become distorted.
How do I change the batteries in the sound box?
Change the batteries in the Sleep Sheep, Sleep on the Go, Dozy Dolphin, Gentle Giraffe and Gentle Giraffe on the Go Sound Box as follows:
- Make sure the unit is turned off.
- Place the unit on table with battery compartment facing up.
- With a Phillips Head Screwdriver, remove the two side by side screws fastening the battery compartment door to the sound box.
- With thumb, gently press on the battery door and slide the door to the side of the unit.
- Remove old batteries.
- Install new AA batteries.
Please confirm that you have placed the batteries into the proper positive and negative positions within the battery compartment according to the markings in the battery compartment.
Please confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.
*CAUTION: Improper battery installation may cause the unit to short circuit or malfunction.
- Re-install the battery compartment door back on to the sound box.
- Tighten the two screws to secure the battery compartment door.
*Please do not over-tighten the screws. Over-tightening the screws may cause the screw holes to strip.
Change the batteries in the Mimicking Monkey Sound Box as follows:
- Make sure the unit is turned off.
- Place the unit on table with battery compartment facing up.
- With a Philips Head Screwdriver, remove the two side by side screws fastening the battery compartment door to the sound box.
- With forefinger, gently pry open the battery compartment door.
- Remove old batteries.
- Install new AA batteries.
Please confirm that you have placed the batteries into the proper positive and negative positions within the battery compartment.
Please confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.

- Insert the battery compartment door back on to the sound box.
- Re-insert the two screws to secure the battery compartment door.

I have changed the batteries but my sound box will not turn on, what to do?
Review the following if the Sleep Sheep, Sleep on the Go, Dozy Dolphin, Gentle Giraffe and Gentle Giraffe on the Go Sound Box will not turn on after battery replacement:
Please confirm that the round volume knob has been turned clockwise and you have heard the "click" signaling activation.
If the volume knob is activated and the unit will still not function, please proceed as follows:
- Turn off the sound box by rotating volume knob counter clockwise until you hear a "click".
- Remove the battery compartment door.
- Check for corrosion on the battery contacts inside the battery compartment.
If the contacts look corroded, cleaning the contact with a dry scotchbrite pad or steel wool can help improve conductivity.
- Confirm the batteries are in the proper positive and negative orientation inside the battery compartment.
- Confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.
- Slide the battery door back on the sound box and tighten screws.
- Turn the volume knob clockwise back into the "on" position. When you hear the "click" the sound box is on and the volume can be adjusted. Press one of the four sound option buttons to play a melody.

Review the following if the Mimicking Monkey Recordable Sound Box will not turn on after battery replacement:
Please confirm that either the w/o voice or w/ voice setting has been chosen. If the unit will still not function, please proceed as follows:
- Turn off the sound box by switching the black toggle switch to neutral position.
- Remove the two screws using a Philips screwdriver and pry open the battery compartment door.
- Remove the batteries and check for corrosion on the battery contacts inside the battery compartment.
If the contacts look corroded, cleaning the contact with a scotchbrite pad or steel wool can help improve conductivity.
- Confirm the batteries are in the proper positive and negative orientation inside the battery compartment.
- Confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.
- Re-install the battery door on the back of the sound box and tighten screws.
- Slide the black toggle switch to w/o voice or w/ voice. Press one of the three sound option buttons.

How frequently do I need to change the batteries?
Depending on the battery brand and the frequency of use, you will need to change battery sets approximately every 60 days.
How long will the sound boxes play?
Mimicking Monkey - 30 minutes and then the sound box will automatically shut off.
All other sound boxes can be set to play for 23 or 45 minute periods of time. After the designated amount of time has elapsed, the sound box will automatically shut off.
There is no way to disable the timer function on any of our sound boxes.
Can the sound boxes be set to continuously play?
No. We have designed the sound boxes with these timer settings to help preserve battery life.
Does Cloud B sell sound boxes separately?
Yes. Sound Boxes can be purchased for $10 and that includes shipping within the continental U.S. Please contact Customer Service at cs@cloudb.com for details.
Is a soothing sound product suitable for my newborn/infant?
All soothing sounds products are suitable for infants as outside crib attachments. They are designed to be attached outside of the crib. Out of concern for the risk of SIDS, current US pediatrician and state recommendations suggest that no object should be placed in an infant crib or cot as any foreign object could present a suffocation risk.
The pouch on my soothing sound product is too small, what to do?
To keep the soundbox secure in your new product, the opening is designed to be very snug fit.
In order to insert all sound boxes:
- Undo the velcro tab located over the sound box pouch.
- Insert the bottom edge of the sound box into the pouch.
- Guide the top edge into the pouch.
- Press firmly underneath the sound buttons to complete insertion.
- Re-fasten the velcro tab to hold sound box in place.

How does my Twilight Turtle or Twilight Ladybug work?
- Place unit on its back shell on a soft surface to avoid scratches.
- Pull up on fabric flap on bottom of unit to expose battery compartment and on/off power switch.
- Slide power switch to "on" position.
- Replace fabric flap over battery compartment and press to fasten.
- Return unit to upright position.
- Press button with the "turtle shell pattern" to turn on the lights.
- Choose color to illuminate your childs room. The color choices are as follows:
Twilight Turtle - Press the buttons labeled Amber, Green or Blue
Twilight Ladybug - Press the buttons labeled Red, Green or Blue
- Use the star guide and story book to learn about constellations with your child.
- Lights can be turned off manually by pressing the "turtle shell pattern" button once again. The lights will turn off automatically after 45 minutes.
- When you are not using the Twilight Turtle or Ladybug we recommend sliding the power switch at the bottom of the unit to the "off" position.
- If you do not use the unit for an extended period of time, please remove the batteries from the unit to avoid corrosion.

How does my Twilight Sea Turtle work?
- Place unit on its back shell on a soft surface to avoid scratches.

- Press "fish" embossed button to illuminate the endangered sea animal windows . Each press of the fish button will change the window being highlighted.
- Choose color to illuminate your childs room. Press the buttons labeled blue or green.
- Use the star guide and story book to learn about constellations with your child.
- Lights can be turned off manually by pressing the buttons labeled blue or green once again. The lights will turn off automatically after 45 minutes.
- When you are not using the Twilight Sea Turtle, we recommend sliding the power switch at the bottom of the unit to the "off" position.
- If you do not use the unit for an extended period of time, please remove the batteries from the unit to avoid corrosion.
*If batteries are left in any product for too long, the battery contacts can get corroded. This is not a manufacturer defect.
How long will the Twilight lights stay on?
All twilight products will stay on for 45 minute cycles. After 45 minutes, the unit will automatically shut itself off. There is no way to disable to timer function.
Is there an option to keep the Twilight light on all night?
No. All twilight products are designed to shut off automatically after 45 minutes in order to preserve battery life.
Can the light bulbs in the Twilight Turtle, Ladybug and Sea Turtle be replaced?
No. All twilight products are equipped with long lasting LED lights providing up to 3,000 hours of illumination. If your Twilight product fails to illuminate before this period of usage, the problem is most likely not related to the LEDs.
The Twilight lights are starting to dim or only 1 out of the 3 colored lights will illuminate?
This most likely means that the batteries are becoming weak.
Change the batteries (Instructions for changing the batteries are also included in our FAQ section).
My Twilight Turtle blinks, is this normal?
We have started to gradually introduce a new low power indicator and your Turtle features it. This is because as power drains from the batteries the LEDs will start to fade. But not all colors will fade at the same time since their power ratings differ, resulting in some confusion in the past. The new feature, which starts the blinking you noticed, alerts you that it is time to supply your Twilight Turtle with a brand new set of batteries.
This will stop the blinking and enable all the LED colors again.
How do I change the batteries in the Twilight Turtle, Ladybug or Sea Turtle?
- Place unit on its back shell on a padded surface.
- Pull up on fabric flap on bottom of unit to expose the battery compartment.
- Check to make sure that power switch is in "off" position.
- With a Phillips Head Screwdriver, remove the single, small screw holding the battery door in place
This screw is located next to the word "open" on the battery compartment door.
- Lift up on the small black tab with upward pressure while unscrewing.
- Remove old batteries.
- Install new AAA batteries.
Please confirm that you have placed the batteries into the proper positive and negative orientation as identified in the battery compartment.
Please confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.

- Check for corrosion or fabric on the contacts inside the battery compartment.
If the contacts look corroded, cleaning the contact with a dry Scotchbrite pad or steel wool can help improve conductivity. At times, pieces of the plush fabric used for the skin of the twilight unit can get caught in the contact. Please remove any loose fibers around the contacts.
- Confirm the batteries are in the proper positive and negative orientation inside the battery compartment.
- Confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment.
- Re-install the battery compartment door and fasten.
- Slide the power switch on the bottom of the unit back to the "on" position.
- If all of the above has been checked and the unit will still not turn on, it may be an issue with the new batteries.
Try a brand with a longer “neck” on the positive end of the battery. The longer neck will make better contact with the battery terminals. Although Cloud b has no affiliation with any battery manufacturer we have noticed that Ray-o-vac batteries usually have longer necks on the positiive terminals and work well in our products.Please contact Customer Service at cs@cloudb.com for suggestions

How frequently do I need to change the batteries?
Depending on the battery brand being used, you will need to change battery sets approximately every 90 hours, which is about 120 cycles of 45 minutes each.

How does my Tranquil Turtle work?
- Place unit on its back shell
- Pull up on fabric flap on bottom of unit to expose battery compartment and on/off power switch
- Slide power switch to "on" position
- Replace fabric flap over battery compartment and fasten
- Return unit to upright position
- Press power button to start projection of lights - (first button on left – top row)
- Adjust brightness using Slide Control (Just below battery compartment on bottom side of Turtle)
- Sound and volume control
- NOTE: The motion of the water effect can be stopped entirely by pressing the ~ wave button on Tranquil Turtle shell.
- Tranquil Melody - Second button (Top row) with ♫ music symbol
- Ocean Waves - Third button (Top row) with ~ wave symbol
- Press the sound button to toggle between the Ocean sound, the Tranquil melody or to switch the sound off entirely. (The two smaller buttons near the edge of the shell control the volume)

- Lights can be turned off manually by pressing the power button once again or the units lights and sound will turn off automatically after 23 minutes.

How long will the Tranquil lights stay on?

I am trying to change the batteries and the screw will not come out of the battery door on my Tranquil Turtle - The screw spins and I can not get the door off.
NOTE: Even when the screw has been loosened, the screw on the battery door will not come completely out of the door. The threads on the screw hold it in place to keep the screw from being lost during a battery change. Sometimes the door may be very snug. If you have difficulty removing the door by pulling up on the tab, take a small flat head screwdriver, insert the tip of the screwdriver underneath the tab that holds the screw in place and gently apply pressure while lifting. This pressure should pop off the door. Please use the following instructions to take off the battery door.
- Seven full counterclockwise rotations with a Phillips Head Screwdriver should completely loosen the screw
- Lift up on the small black tab holding the screw after loosening. The battery door should lift off.
I have changed the batteries but my Tranquil Turtle unit will not turn on.
Confirm the power switch is in the "on" position. If power is on and the unit will still not function, please proceed as follows:
- Slide the power switch back to the "off" position
- Remove the battery compartment door
- Check for corrosion or fabric on or in between the battery and contacts inside the battery compartment
- If the contacts look corroded, cleaning the contact with a scotchbrite pad or steel wool can help clean the contact for better conductivity
- Pieces of the plush fabric used for the skin of the twilight unit may get caught in the contact. Please remove any loose fibers in and around the contacts
- Confirm the batteries are in the proper positive and negative positions inside the battery compartment
- Confirm that the batteries have been completely "snapped" into the battery compartment
- Re-insert the battery compartment door and fasten
- Slide the power switch on the bottom of the unit back to the "on" position
- If all of the above has been checked and the unit will still not turn on, it may be an issue with the new batteries
- Try a brand with a longer neck on the positive end of the battery. The longer neck will make better contact with the battery terminals. We recommend Rayovac batteries.
